Senior Associate Relations Investigator

Serve as a neutral fact-finder conducting end-to-end workplace investigations for allegations of misconduct, policy violations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethics concerns, and workplace violence. Manage investigation caseloads with a fair, objective, and defensible process—planning interviews, gathering and assessing evidence, and producing comprehensive reports. Partner closely with Associate Relations, HR Business Partners, Legal, and Compliance to assess risk, support governance decisions, and identify trends to improve the associate experience and reduce organizational risk.
