Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across Approved Maintenance Organisations to ensure compliance and operational integrity of the Jetstar fleet.
  • •Support maintenance planning, disruption management, and aircraft allocation, reporting to the Lead Line Planner.
  • •Assist the Maintenance Operation Centre (MOC) with ongoing compliance control for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activity.
  • •Maintain compliance control of all work packages issued via TRAX and provide engineering input to JOCC disruption decision-making processes.
  • •Investigate and review serious incidents, assist with corrective actions, and analyse technical, costing, and planning issues to establish standards and drive cost-effective performance.
