Job Summary

Provide technical assistance to contract poultry producers to support flock health, welfare, comfort, and performance. Serve as a liaison between growers and Tyson operations, advising on poultry management practices, facility and equipment operation, biosecurity, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. Conduct routine farm visits, monitor bird health and performance, coordinate feed orders and chick placements, collect samples, and help ensure contract farm compliance and cost-effective high-quality flocks.

•Advise on building specifications, equipment operation, litter management, biosecurity, and farm sanitation practices.
•Conduct routine farm visits to evaluate flock performance, bird comfort, equipment settings, and management practices.
•Monitor bird health and recommend corrective actions when appropriate, including collecting blood and fat samples.
•Ensure compliance with USDA and applicable government regulations and monitor contract farm compliance with Tyson production standards; coordinate feed orders and chick placements with operational departments.

Key Requirements

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with producers and internal teams.
•Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
