Lead day-to-day activities in your assigned retail area to deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Partner with store management to achieve personal and team sales goals, assist across departments (POS, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations), and manage store opening/closing duties including cash handling and asset protection. Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing product and collaboration updates with customers.
