Partner with Solutions leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, RevOps, Talent Acquisition, HR) to scale pre- and post-sales motions while improving organizational design and execution.

•Develop and execute forward-looking staffing strategy aligned to business forecasts, including resource allocation and regional staffing ratios.
•Build prioritization framework for recruitment and minimize time-to-staff via matching systems between skills and customer requirements.
•Identify and operationalize staffing KPIs (e.g., time-to-staff, skill gaps, deployment success rates) and report on staffing efficiency and utilization.
•Design scalable processes, automations, and tools to streamline talent deployment and remove bottlenecks across staffing workflows.
•Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR to align staffing capabilities with customer demand and business priorities.
