Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead responses to client RFI/RFQ/RFPs using standard pursuit processes for schedule and bid compliance.
  • •Coordinate proposal content and information, including templates, compliance, content plan, and production.
  • •Provide conceptual leadership for document design and manage implementation of proposal/presentation revision updates.
  • •Support proposal lifecycle from capture through interview stage for small to medium proposals.
  • •Participate in go/no-go and greenlight analyses and complete internal debriefs to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Amenable to a night shift schedule (9PM to 6AM, Manila time).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience/education combination.
  • •At least four (4) years bid support experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • •Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures for RFQ responses and proposal management.
  • •Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word and PowerPoint) and experience with proposal/presentation writing and production.
