Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, management, coordination, and assurance of interfaces across all railway systems and disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Follow the System Integration Strategy and Interface Management Plan to coordinate integration activities and ensure requirements alignment across subsystems.
  • •Establish and maintain the Interface Register; identify interfaces and coordinate resolution of interface issues, including monitoring closure status and escalating critical matters.
  • •Coordinate integration testing and systems-wide verification and validation planning, supporting compliance with international railway standards and project requirements.
  • •Serve as the primary integration focal point: chair integration/interface meetings, provide technical leadership, and mentor engineers in systems integration and interface management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • •INCOSE Systems Engineering Certification is highly desirable; PMP Certification is desirable.
  • •8 to 10 years of experience in railway engineering projects.
  • •Minimum 6 years in railway systems integration, systems engineering, or interface management.
  • •Experience with interface management (Interface Register, requirements traceability), verification & validation (V&V), and railway RAMS/safety assurance; knowledge of EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129.
