Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with month-end closing activities to support recording of journal entries and meet deadlines.
  • •Reconcile intercompany receivables and payables by working with invoices and purchase orders.
  • •Prepare, post, and run reports needed for month-end reporting and deadlines.
  • •Identify and resolve intercompany backlog issues to keep daily tasks on-time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a related finance subject with good accounting-environment experience.
  • •3 years of experience in intercompany account reconciliation (intercompany).
  • •Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP or Oracle and MS Office.
  • •Fluency in English (oral and written) with excellent all-round communication skills.
  • •Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
