Job Summary

Support semiconductor tester ecosystem customer execution by integrating customer demand, material readiness, factory execution, and delivery performance for assigned product segments. Work cross-functionally with Planning, Factory Operations, Quality, Technology Development, Supply Chain, and contract manufacturing partners to monitor risks, drive recovery plans, and improve delivery commitments. Manage supply chain/material readiness, support new product introductions and ramp activities, and develop business reports, metrics, and execution dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

•Own execution activities for assigned product segments and customers.
•Align customer demand, factory capacity, material readiness, and manufacturing execution.
•Identify delivery risks and drive recovery plans to closure.
•Monitor material readiness, shortages, inventory health, and supply continuity; coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
•Support factory output/capacity planning, analyze performance, and develop execution dashboards and business reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, factory operations, planning, materials management, or business operations.
•Experience working in a high volume manufacturing environment.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Experience using SAP or equivalent business systems, plus proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
