Analyst II – Logistics, Exports EU

Drive import/export logistics operations excellence by aligning business priorities to floor teams. Own and transition logistics processes, guiding teams on the floor and acting as a change management agent. Lead service reviews of logistics KPIs and governance meetings, identify end-to-end supply chain improvement opportunities, and manage daily sailing schedules and customer pickup planning. Facilitate customs clearance documentation control and perform root-cause analysis to deliver implementable solutions.
