Mortgage Loan Officer

Originate residential real estate loans by developing leads through outside calling, referrals, walk-ins, and branch-based customer meetings. Set up and process loan applications for submission to underwriting, and support listings and open houses with financing sheets and weekend solicitation. Partner with Realtor and Builder associations, attend training and sales meetings, and promote homeownership through community outreach and first-time buyer classes near the branch.
