Deliver high-touch fragrance consultations that inspire confidence and drive line and store sales targets. Represent the YSL brand, provide perfume advice (including allergy-aware routines), and build lasting customer relationships using clienteling and loyalty tools. Support store operations such as merchandising, stock replenishment, reporting, and e-commerce order fulfillment, while staying current on products, trends, and online offers. Participate in brand events and trainings to continually improve performance.
