Job Summary

Own delivery and support for products within the HBT digital value stream, ensuring the roadmap is translated into epics and prioritized backlog items for sprint execution. Act as the voice of the customer and business, define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, and resolve impediments to protect velocity and quality. Lead sprint planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives, and use customer feedback and usage metrics to improve product outcomes and agile effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Product Managers to develop product strategy and advance HBT strategic digital goals.
•Plan, design, and ensure quality of releases for the Digital Value Stream.
•Plan and groom the product backlog so each sprint is prioritized for value and shortest delivery time; act as voice of the business to resolve impediments.
•Ensure work meets the definitions of ready and done before entering and demoing sprints.
•Represent the voice of the customer by defining use cases and user stories; analyze feedback and usage metrics to identify pain points and improve the product and agile process.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
•Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum and Lean environment in a Product Owner role.
•Bachelor's Degree.
•Ability to synthesize user feedback and data to make data-driven decisions.
•Experience with end-to-end product delivery and overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
