Key Responsibilities

•Operate and optimize order management processes to ensure accurate distributor orders in SAP, including amendments, audits, and compliance checks
•Coordinate with Finance and Logistics Service Providers to manage order release holds and ensure timely shipment releases
•Own the end-to-end customs documentation process, maintaining seasonal HS codes, material descriptions, and countries of origin
•Build and maintain automated reporting for distributors and internal stakeholders using Power BI and Power Automate
•Maintain and troubleshoot internal platforms (SharePoint, documentation tools) and manage access and updates

•5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain operations, with direct exposure to order management or customer service operations in a B2B, product-based environment

•Advanced Excel skills (non-negotiable)
•Working knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate; experience building or maintaining automated reports is a plus
