Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee accounting for multiple revenue streams and design scalable processes for an efficient close and control environment under ASC 606.
  • •Reconcile and investigate outstanding accounts receivable balances, including reviewing and disputing chargebacks.
  • •Review and approve deferred revenue calculations and create/maintain revenue-related monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • •Prepare journal entries and review/approve journal entries and account reconciliations from direct reports.
  • •Lead and manage the Revenue Accounting team’s day-to-day and month-end functions, including audit documentation and support for internal/external audits.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of accounting experience in an e-commerce, retail, or CPG environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (4 years).
  • •2 years of large-scale ERP experience, with NetSuite experience a plus.
  • •Expert Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • •Strong problem-solving ability, including analyzing transactional detail and recommending improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
