Job Summary

Lead Regional IT infrastructure initiatives for India, owning Compute, Storage, and Datacenter (CSD) delivery across projects, capacity planning, and technology investment alignment. Serve as the primary regional escalation point and trusted advisor to IT and business leadership, coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Site Management, project teams, and senior directors. Manage budgets and business cases, support disaster recovery and resilience, and drive operational excellence through infrastructure roadmaps and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee all CSD-related projects within the India region to deliver within scope, schedule, and budget.
•Serve as the primary regional escalation point for strategic infrastructure initiatives and major datacenter activities.
•Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps; forecast infrastructure needs and recommend modernization, expansions, and refreshes.
•Develop annual budgets and multi-year forecasts; manage capital and operational expenditures and prepare business cases.
•Ensure operational excellence through resilience/disaster recovery support, performance/capacity metric review, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•8+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management.
•5+ years of experience leading complex infrastructure projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
•Experience managing budgets, forecasting technology investments, and developing business cases.
•Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
