Job Summary

Maintain and repair production equipment on the 2nd shift, performing planned and unplanned work, preventative maintenance, and equipment rebuilds. Follow safety and regulatory requirements (LOTO, Arc Flash, Hot Work, confined spaces, OSHA, GMP) while troubleshooting breakdowns using RCA/BDA and predictive maintenance tools such as ultrasound, thermal imaging, oil and vibration analysis. Interpret technical drawings and document work findings during each shift.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow regulatory and plant maintenance safety programs and policies during all maintenance activities.
•Perform preventative maintenance (PM), inspections, corrective repairs, special projects, and equipment rebuilds.
•Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns using RCA/BDA and cause maps to identify and prevent repeat failures.
•Use predictive maintenance technologies (ultrasound, thermal imaging, oil analysis, vibration analysis) and document findings during each shift.
•Repair, install, fabricate, and modify machines, tools, and equipment; interpret technical documents and diagrams to execute work.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of prior experience.

•Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs/installation of parts, tools, and equipment.
•Ability to interpret technical documents and diagrams (factory manuals, blueprints, schematics, Single Line Electrical Drawings, pneumatics/hydraulics, and P&ID).
