Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service to visitors and act as a face of the organization to support internal and external branding.
  • •Maintain scheduling for the direct supervisor, including appointments and ensuring critical meetings are not missed.
  • •Confidentially distribute, record, and file correspondences/calls/queries; monitor actions and screen/organize documents requiring replies.
  • •Ensure department and supervisor documents are distributed timely and that incoming/outgoing documents comply with the quality management system.
  • •Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting/resolution in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience (2 years GCC is a plus).
  • •Knowledge in office administration and information gathering/monitoring.
  • •Excellent working knowledge of English (oral and written).
  • •High proficiency in computer office applications (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
