Job Summary

Manage incidents and emerging risks for USAA’s 24/7/365 Unified Command Center, monitoring events that could impact employees, assets, business continuity, brand, or member policies. •2 years of end-to-end management experience for moderate to complex incidents within leadership, a command center, or a security operations center environment.
•Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
•Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with aptitude for following complex processes and operating complex software applications.
