Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Project Managers in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop deliverables for assigned projects.
  • •Ensure engineering deliverables are issued in accordance with the schedule and budget.
  • •Manage changes in projects through preparation and negotiation of change orders.
  • •Review and analyze engineering deliverables to ensure the required quality level.
  • •Issue weekly and monthly reports for the assigned projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (professional registered/certified).
  • •10 to 15 years of experience in early engineering phases (conceptual, prefeasibility) of multidisciplinary projects – indispensable.
  • •Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams on projects for mid- to large-scale mining – indispensable.
  • •Strong drafting/writing skills – indispensable.
  • •Leadership, assertive communication and teamwork.
