Own the merchandising function across Australia and New Zealand, shaping the womenswear product assortment for Women’s Bottoms, Women’s Tops, and Accessories. Bring consumer and market insights to create future-facing assortments and briefs, execute collection release activities, and drive profitable collections. Lead merchandising operations including sample management, product expertise for cross-functional partners, and staff training/roadshows, while collaborating with DTC and wholesale teams to monitor performance and support planning.
