Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows integrating enterprise financial applications with data warehouses and BI platforms.
  • •Ensure data integrity using automated quality checks, regression testing, validation frameworks, and anomaly monitoring.
  • •Plan and deliver end-to-end small to medium projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and support.
  • •Develop and enhance dashboarding and reporting to provide KPI insights, improving financial processes and reducing manual work.
  • •Partner with finance and analytics teams, contribute to Agile planning, stay current on emerging data/AI/ML technologies, and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture (or an equivalent combination).
  • •4+ years hands-on experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and/or enterprise analytics across reporting, dashboards, data pipelines, and data modeling.
  • •Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data integration tools (e.g., MS SQL Developer, dbt, Informatica).
  • •Strong Snowflake data modeling and experience designing scalable data pipelines in cloud environments (AWS and Snowflake).
  • •Working knowledge of ETL/ELT patterns, data warehousing/orchestration, relational databases (SQL, MySQL, Postgres/PostgreSQL), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
