Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, shaping and delivery of technology solutions that align with client goals and missions.
  • •Mentor junior engagement team members, sharing expertise and feedback to promote professional development.
  • •Manage end-to-end project implementations across Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM or Data Management where Time & Labor and Absence modules are involved.
  • •Foster client relationships and collaborate with colleagues to address clients’ challenges and identify value opportunities.
  • •Travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • •5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role specifically within the Time & Labor and Absence module
  • •End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM or Data Management solutions. Time & Labor and Absence module experience is a must
  • •Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • •Experience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership
