Partner with the AMER CMEG leadership team as a business right-hand and analytical operator, shaping strategy and running the operational rhythm. Own executive-level forecasting and reviews (QBRs, pipeline reviews, exec summaries) and drive data-driven investment and prioritization through rigorous, complex analyses. Collaborate cross-functionally to unblock growth, and build AI-powered workflow solutions that simplify execution and elevate higher-value work.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the leader’s right hand for the CMEG business, embedded enough to know accounts, deals, team, and numbers.
•Run operating cadences including forecasting calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs, exec summaries, and territory/account planning.
•Turn data into decisions by owning rigorous, complex analyses to guide investment, growth, and prioritization.
•Partner across Planning, Recruiting, Programs, Marketing, and Partners to unblock growth.
•Build AI-powered solutions to automate workflows, simplify field experience, and free the team for strategic work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 162,900 - 223,950 annually
