Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, propose, and manage the annual plan for educational programs and community outreach for museums and heritage sites, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • •Coordinate work to implement the annual programs on schedule, including collaboration with internal units and external partners.
  • •Develop methods to evaluate the impact, performance, and effectiveness of educational programs and outreach efforts, and apply findings.
  • •Identify and present improvement recommendations for events and programs, including defining measurement indicators.
  • •Lead and motivate the team to work with museums, heritage sites, audiences, and partner institutions to design and deliver educational content and outreach programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or Event Management (from a recognized university)
  • •7 years of relevant work experience
  • •Experience in designing, coordinating, and delivering educational programs and community outreach
  • •Ability to develop annual program plans, content, and evaluation metrics
