  • •Provide full-spectrum doula support for birth and postpartum care within Loula’s network.
  • •Complete the interest form and participate in screening questions.
  • •If invited, schedule and attend an introductory call to discuss experience and practice goals.
  • •Engage with Loula’s referral and matching process to connect with insured clients.
  • •Maintain required trainings and insurance credentials to support client care and credentialing.

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Complete 16 hours of birth doula training and attend 3 births as a doula, or have 5 years of doula experience with 3 letters of recommendation.
