Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex systems and equipment.
  • •Work with customers to develop leading-edge semiconductor chip manufacturing processes used in advanced electronics.
  • •Create and execute hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE), analyze data statistically, and compile reports with high-level conclusions.
  • •Troubleshoot complex problems, perform multiple root cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues.
  • •Serve as a resource for junior colleagues and as a liaison between customers and the business unit; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resourcing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
  • •4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain sensitive information and build consensus among project stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency in English to communicate effectively.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and perform root cause analysis for process engineering and customer product issues.
