Key Requirements

  • •20+ years of progressive experience in large-scale infrastructure or transportation project management.
  • •Proven track record leading high-speed rail, rail transit, or comparable complex transportation projects.
  • •TBM tunneling experience is required.
  • •Advanced expertise in project management methodologies such as PMI or PRINCE2 (or equivalent).
  • •Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets with strong cost control and financial acumen, plus government and stakeholder management.
