Timberland: Supervisor - Willowbrook Mall

Lead daily store operations while supporting the store leadership team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and drive high performance by monitoring sales goals and key KPIs. Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, stockroom and inventory flow, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. In partnership with management, help maximize store profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and participate in local community initiatives.
