Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead preparation, review, and signing of the global corporate income tax provision (ASC 740) for quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • •Oversee tax-related disclosures in SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and manage effective tax rate and deferred tax assets/liabilities.
  • •Run tax forecasting to provide executive leadership with data-driven insights on ETR, DTA, and credit capacity projections.
  • •Direct tax workstreams for corporate stress testing and capital adequacy assessments, including CCAR.
  • •Manage, mentor, and develop a team of four tax professionals while maintaining income tax internal controls aligned to SOX standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 217,000 - 247,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another quantitative discipline, or military experience.
  • •Active or previously achieved CPA designation (currently active or previously achieved and currently inactive).
  • •At least 10 years of progressive corporate tax experience within a public corporation or an accounting firm.
  • •At least 5 years of dedicated people-management experience leading teams.
  • •Strong ability to oversee tax provision, disclosures, and forecasting in a regulated corporate environment.
