•Drive alignment by communicating context, data, trade-offs, and rationale to diverse stakeholders to enable forward progress
•Demonstrate ownership by educating others on collaboration best practices and keeping timelines, risks, and progress visible
•Level up teammates by mentoring junior designers and modeling design excellence

Salary: USD 140,000 - 205,000 annually
