Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience/engagement, with excellent, clear, simple writing.
  • •Demonstrated experience designing employee listening, feedback, or survey programs.

  • •Experience planning and executing company-wide events or community programming, including for distributed/remote teams.
  • •Strong ability to analyze and present data accurately, and use it to tell a story.
