Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst - India

Own Talent Acquisition operations as a systems and process expert, optimizing TA technology, workflows, and hiring enablement programs. Troubleshoot TA systems, partner with recruiters, coordinators, and vendors, and drive process optimization and system enhancements, including AI-enabled recruiting tools. Create documentation and enablement resources, use operational reporting and analytics to improve the global recruiting ecosystem, and support testing/release coordination with strong stakeholder management.
