Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate technical aspects of pre-sales activities in support of the sales team.
  • •Assist with customer request handling by understanding requirements and tailoring proposals.
  • •Support the presales engineer in creating demos, proposal documentation, and presentations.
  • •Complete required pre-sales documentation quickly and accurately.
  • •Provide partner and customer support and respond to after-hours queries during assigned rotations, escalating issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in presales, technical support, IT infrastructure, or system administration.
  • •Good understanding of enterprise IT concepts including networking, virtualization, cloud computing, cybersecurity, storage, and/or data center technologies.
  • •Basic knowledge of one or more technology vendors such as IBM, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat, Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, or similar.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with confidence delivering technical presentations and a willingness to learn via certifications and vendor training.
