Job Summary

Support the sales team with technical coordination for pre-sales activities, including gathering customer requirements, tailoring proposals, and assisting with demos, proposal documentation, and presentations. Maintain accurate pre-sales documentation, provide support to partners and customers, and participate in after-hours rotations by responding to support queries and escalating issues when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate technical aspects of pre-sales activities in support of the sales team.
•Assist with customer request handling by understanding requirements and tailoring proposals.
•Support the presales engineer in creating demos, proposal documentation, and presentations.
•Complete required pre-sales documentation quickly and accurately.
•Provide partner and customer support and respond to after-hours queries during assigned rotations, escalating issues as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
•Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in presales, technical support, IT infrastructure, or system administration.
•Good understanding of enterprise IT concepts including networking, virtualization, cloud computing, cybersecurity, storage, and/or data center technologies.
•Basic knowledge of one or more technology vendors such as IBM, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat, Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, or similar.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with confidence delivering technical presentations and a willingness to learn via certifications and vendor training.
