•Understand public sector AI strategies and agency challenges to translate requirements into measurable solutions with public impact.
•Lead full public sector customer lifecycle activities, including technical discovery and capability demonstrations during pre-sales/RFPs and post-sale value realization.
•Rapidly prototype and build solutions in agency hackathons to address critical pain points and improve constituent experiences.
•Support agentic process transformation at scale, enabling autonomous AI agents for workflows like case triaging and automated compliance checks.
•End-to-end execution of Proof-of-Value projects by architecting secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG, tools, and guardrails and integrating with government data and compliance frameworks.

Key Requirements

•5+ years leading technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements within the Public Sector (State & Local Government), navigating procurement cycles and delivering ROI cases.
•Deep understanding of business processes native to state and local governments and the ability to translate policy needs into AI use cases.
•Expertise in generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
•Solid knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools and technologies.
•Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s in CS/engineering/math (or related) or equivalent work experience preferred.
