Job Summary

Lead and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant client relationships across multiple industry verticals. Develop and execute client strategies and account plans to accelerate growth in consumer payments, commercial money movement, and value-added services. Originate, structure, negotiate, and drive complex commercial opportunities while analyzing business and financial impacts. Coordinate cross-functional teams and conduct executive reviews to deliver revenue growth and sustainable partnerships.

•Own executive-level relationships with assigned clients and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders.
•Develop and execute strategic account plans to accelerate growth across consumer payments, commercial money movement, and value-added services.
•Lead complex commercial engagements, strategic partnerships, and assist enterprise-wide deal negotiations across multiple markets and regions.
•Conduct financial and business analysis of strategic opportunities to increase revenue through deep understanding of partners and evolving industry context.
•Influence and coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Consulting, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Client Services to deliver client outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, finance, or related field, and an MBA from a top business school.
•10+ years of experience in Consumer Banking leading large credit card businesses with product and portfolio experience.
•Proven success managing strategic client relationships and delivering revenue growth within multinational financial institutions.
•Strong understanding of co-brand business development and/or program management best practices, including co-brand issuing and cards/co-brand portfolio P&L expertise.
•Demonstrated ability to originate, structure, negotiate, and execute large-scale strategic and commercial agreements.
