Sales and Service Leader - Full Time

Lead and inspire a Sephora store team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals. Drive store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to elevate performance, and support onboarding and continuous learning across service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives. Assist with daily operations including inventory and visual merchandising, while upholding Sephora standards and inclusive teamwork.
