Drive topline revenue growth for TikTok’s US Commerce business by scaling an enterprise partner book and building a sustainable seller ecosystem across Electronics, Books, Hardlines, and Virtual Goods. Own business development strategy and seller acquisition pipeline, develop partner relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow GMV while improving adoption of livestream, affiliate, and ShopTab. Key Responsibilities

•Define business development strategy and lead key initiatives to build a sustainable seller ecosystem through Mass Acquisition & Incubation across Electronics, Books, Hardlines, and Virtual Goods.
•Build and manage a seller pipeline by identifying opportunities with category leadership and converting prospects into productive TikTok Shop sellers.
•Develop and manage partner relationships to support market outreach, lead generation, and seller growth objectives.
•Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, drive seller GMV growth, and improve adoption of livestream, affiliate, and ShopTab.
•Track pipeline and acquisition performance, surface actionable insights, and work cross-functionally to improve seller conversion and activation quality.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in business development, seller acquisition, partnerships, account management, or sales for a retailer or e-commerce platform.
•Experience managing a scalable process to meet business targets and applying analytical/problem-solving skills to improve processes for growth.
•Excellent communication skills and cross-team collaboration, with the ability to move initiatives forward.
•Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
•Structured thinking with strong data sense, analytical skills, and judgment.
