Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain a variety of deposit and investment products (e.g., checking/savings, IRAs, CDs) and consumer credit cards.
  • •Perform teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and accurate cash handling.
  • •Engage in financial conversations to determine client needs and process new consumer loan requests as needed.
