Job Summary

Provide daily teller services at the Billings Grand Ave branch lobby and drive-up, processing deposits, payments, withdrawals, checks, and bonds while answering customer questions in person and by phone. Support client confidence by handling confidential information and following security procedures, reconcile cash drawers, and complete special customer requests. Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities, record activity in 360View, and process consumer credit card applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Process daily teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, check cashing, cashier’s checks, and savings bond redemptions.
•Answer customer questions in person and over the telephone, and complete special requests such as closing accounts, ordering checks, foreign currency exchange, statements/copies, referrals, and safe-deposit box procedures.
•Reconcile the cash drawer by verifying cash transactions, counting and packaging currency and coin, submitting excess/mutilated currency, and maintaining cash supplies.
•Comply with bank operations and security procedures, including dual-control functions and maintaining required surveys/audits.
•Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities, record activities/incidents/referrals in 360View, and process consumer credit card applications.
