Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings involving D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, Property/Business Interruption and other first- and third-party coverages.
  • •Advise clients on insurance recovery strategy and a broad range of coverage issues
  • •Analyze and interpret complex commercial insurance policies, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage provisions
  • •Draft coverage analyses, pleadings, motions, briefs, and substantive legal memoranda
  • •Assist clients in securing defense and indemnity coverage for third-party liability claims and other significant losses

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of relevant experience in insurance recovery, insurance coverage litigation, or policyholder-side coverage counseling.
  • •Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • •Admission to the applicable state bar and in good standing, or ability to obtain admission promptly.
  • •Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • •Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
