Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and track detailed operational and capital expenses; align budget, headcount and systems allocation.
•Consolidate resource plans (people and materials), analyze data and generate charts and dashboards.
•Improve tracking, reporting, and forecasting by developing dashboards and automations.
•Publish data via dashboards and recurring status reports.
•Develop documentation and training materials and provide operational support across global sites.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of business analysis or operational experience in a matrix organization.
•Bachelor degree in Business / Finance or Engineering or equivalent.
•Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions; Visual Basic experience for automating data processing.
•Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) and data presentation.
•Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and Teams permission management.
