Job Summary

Design and implement software and firmware for next-generation avionics systems as part of the Starfall Engineering organization. Own the full software life cycle—development, testing, and operational support—while troubleshooting issues to keep systems launching frequently, safely, and reliably. Work with peers and customers, support launch operations, validate flight devices, and perform deep investigations of test results and bugs in a fast-moving environment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, math, physics, or scientific discipline OR 2+ years of professional experience writing software in lieu of a degree.

•Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when needed to meet critical deadlines.
•Basic knowledge of computer architecture and networks is expected (as part of preferred qualifications).
