Job Summary

Lead Client Incentive Operations by reviewing complex incentive contract obligations, building computations into the incentive system, and preparing accurate contractual payouts. Ensure compliance with Visa accounting policy, US GAAP, and SOX controls while delivering timely, reliable accounting and reporting. Partner with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders (including Sales and Legal) to translate complex contractual language, support deal structuring, drive performance metrics, and streamline processes through automation and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Review complex incentive contract obligations and commitments, and build computations into the incentive computation system.
•Prepare and review contractual incentive payments according to contract terms, serving as prepare/approver for incentive setup and adjustments.
•Ensure compliance with Visa accounting policy, US GAAP, and SOX controls, delivering timely and accurate accounting and reporting.
•Translate technical accounting treatment and financial analysis into clear stakeholder understanding, partnering with Finance Business Partners for support.
•Own performance metrics and drive efficiencies through automation, improvement of business processes, and ad hoc projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, mathematics, economics, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
•8 years of work experience, preferably with an MNC with regional operations.
•Proficiency in financial software for efficient and accurate financial analysis and reporting.
•Ability to work with large data sets and analyze/interpret them accurately.
•Ability to lead and influence others, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
