  • •Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain inventory, equipment, and assets to prevent loss or theft
  • •Delight customers by ensuring orders are executed accurately and Dashers pickups run smoothly, with clear communication on issues
  • •Lead Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safety, productivity, and escalation for daily operations
  • •Support operations in both warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and model professional, respectful interactions
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience
