Job Summary

Serve as a Partner Solutions Engineer and technical ambassador for Cisco’s Ireland-based team, enabling partners to build, sell, and deliver complex enterprise networking solutions. Lead strategic architectural guidance across Cisco’s portfolio, run solution workshops and POCs, and manage technical track alignment through partner account plans. Partner with sales to support pipeline and revenue growth, represent Cisco at events, and coordinate with internal portfolio SEs to maintain a unified “One Cisco” technical front.

•Provide strategic architectural leadership to drive Cisco technology adoption and competitive displacement.
•Enable partners with skills, tools, and blueprints; orchestrate the technical track of Partner Account Plans.
•Drive go-to-market success by facilitating solution workshops and leading POCs for secure networking, full stack AI infrastructure, and workplace experiences.
•Act as a technical liaison and field intelligence feedback loop, syncing with internal Portfolio SEs and capturing partner/customer requirements.
•Support the technical sales cycle by guiding partners through complex support and TAC escalation processes while maximizing renewal feature adoption.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of technical experience in the networking industry.
•Expertise in one or more domains: Networking, Security (e.g., Firewalls, ISE), Data Center Networking, or Collaboration Devices.
•Proven experience engaging partner roles from technical engineers to C-suite decision-makers.
•Excellent presentation and communication skills to deliver technical workshops and value-sell solutions.
•Strong analytical skills to assess complex business/technical problems and drive scalable action plans.
