Job Summary

Senior Deal Desk Analyst to support the global sales organization with deal structures, quote administration, and cross-functional deal closure. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Sales, Legal and Business Automation, ensuring accurate billing and compliant processes while driving process improvements and training for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the main point of contact for the Sales team on all operational deal components.
•Manage day-to-day quote administration and ensure deal structures and order forms comply with published sales and business approval policies.
•Work as the primary liaison between Finance, Sales, Legal and Business Automation to help facilitate deal closure.
•Proactively identify inconsistencies in deal structuring and coach Sales accordingly.
•Manage and answer day-to-day inquiries from the Sales team and cultivate internal relationships with all levels of the sales organization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required.
•Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
•Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Highly driven with exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
•Salesforce experience preferred; experience in a high-growth technology environment is a plus.
