Own full life-cycle recruitment for designated client groups, primarily across Central and Eastern Europe, while collaborating with the broader EMEA/ANZ Talent Acquisition team. Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to execute the recruitment strategy, attract and assess talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience. Drive effective job advertising, manage ATS/Workday updates and candidate processing, and engage third-party suppliers when required.
