Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate reliability into the development cycle by collaborating with teams to implement tests, CI/CD, rollback automation, and best practices ensuring performance, availability, and fast production release.
  • •Improve incident management by participating in post-mortem analyses to identify root causes and propose durable improvements.
  • •Strengthen observability and resilience by implementing monitoring tools, defining and tracking SLOs/SLIs, resilience testing, and disaster recovery exercises (RPO, RTO, RTW).
  • •Stay abreast of technological trends and adopt best practices for reliability and operations of systems.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of service and alignment with business goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with monitoring and log management tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk).
  • •Strong programming and scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, Rust).
  • •Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • •Automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • •Fluent in French and English; ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
