Employee Success Shared Services Specialist

Support geographically dispersed employees through payroll, benefits, HR policy, and employee data guidance as part of Salesforce’s Employee Success People Services team. Resolve employee inquiries via case management, maintain HR self-service knowledge articles, and process HR data corrections and transactions in Workday, including third-party deductions and end-to-end payroll cycle support with audits. Partner cross-functionally on process improvements and system enhancements.
